Yoga Classes

This is not your average yoga class. These are yoga training sessions in a class-style setting. Think small group training for yoga. On your mat, you will receive up close and personal guidance and specified coaching with each pose. Your teacher is going to ensure you have the best experience and results because she will be available to correct and enhance your mat experience during class. Why is this important? No pose goes unnoticed. This is beneficial because with such excellent coaching, you will progress in your poses, mobility, and strength more quickly, more safely, and more effectively. They say never walk alone; here we say, never pose alone.

Pilates / Stretch Training

In a small group training setting, each class participant will receive up close and personal training and guidance. Stretch and Pilates combinations are designed for those looking to work their core, enhance mobility, and get a good workout all at once.

Our highly experienced Pilates teacher will be there to provide on-demand assistance and correct and enhance your movements. With this personalized approach, you can expect to improve your core strength, flexibility, and overall fitness more effectively and safely.
