I’ve had the pleasure of working with Janet for the past few months, and can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience. from our very first session, she conducted a thorough assessment of my fitness level, discussing my goals and identifying my physical strengths and weaknesses. The workouts are carefully tailored to fit my needs, which keeps me motivated and engaged. I appreciated how Janet constantly corrects my form, ensuring I  perform each exercise safely and effectively. My husband and I have been training with Janet for over 10 years and we have never done the same workout in a row.  She is capable of adapting any routine on the fly due to her extensive knowledge and training. You always walk away thinking wow that was a great work out. She pushes you but always in a positive ways – you work harder than you ever imagined you could.

I have been working out with Janet for four months now. Sometimes one-on-one and sometimes in a female-only small group setting. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years. And this is so much more.

Janet is so much more than a trainer!

She customizes each workout to the individual, whether they are dealing with a knee injury, back spasms, or lack of pelvic floor strength, or just plain confidence in their own body strength, Janet is able to create plan that keeps us growing in strength during our healing journey.

Janet is also certified nutritionist. She thinks holistically; takes into consideration my busy lifestyle as a working mother, and makes realistic recommendations for diet and supplements, and will give a recommendation to specialists when appropriate. She’s well connected in the health community.

I often get messages from her after a session that begin; “I was thinking further about our discussion, and… [she provides well thought out advice]” for me, my kids, my husband.

I am healthier and stronger inside and out with Janet’s help!

Janet is the most knowledgeable, mindful and creative personal trainer I have ever had.

I have done classes with a group of girlfriends with varied physical levels and goals and Janet is able to modify exercises according to what you can do while still motivating you to achieve higher goals.

I always walk out of our classes feeling strong and energized!
